<p><em>One of the energy transition processes towards NRE is in the form of switching to the use of electric vehicles. Nickel, which is the main component in batteries, means demand continues to increase. This potential is addressed with the Indonesian Government's nickel downstream policy. The increase in PNBP for Natural Resources in recent years, one of the components of which is PNBP from nickel, is interesting to know to what extent nickel mining companies can carry out their business sustainability with a feasibility analysis study of the nickel mining business. Apart from that, an analysis of the economic impact of nickel mining on society is needed. This study can provide support for optimizing PNBP, especially at PT ABC Indonesia Tbk for collections from nickel royalties.</em></p>

<p>Tidak semua asset yang dimiliki institusi pemerintahan digunakan secara optimal, ditandai masih terapat lahan kosong yang tidak dimanfaatkan. PKN STAN sebagai Badan Layanan Umum memiliki beberapa lahan yang belum dioptimalkan dan maish berupa tanah kosong. Dengan rangakaian analisis, penelitian ini mencari penggunaan tertinggi dan terbaik dari salah satu lahan kosong di PKN STAN sebagai rekomendasi pemanfaatan tanah kosong. Dari hasil analisis, didapatkan penggunaan campuran (<em>mix use</em>) menjadi alternatif yang dipilih, yaitu menjadi <em>co working</em> <em>space </em> yang dikombinasikan dengan <em>cafe</em>.</p>
